These include the AOK Bavaria, TK, various BKK `s and the Knappschaft. Insured of the BEK have to get in contact with their health insurance company and will then get an address to contact. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to BEK insurants. This also applies to DAK insurants as of 01.10.2014. The supply of patients is carried out within the framework of the extremely tight monthly lump sums that the statutory health insurances make available. 21,- to 25,- Euro per month, depending on the health insurance fund. This means that the insurance company pays for the incontinence care of your insured between 0,70€ and 0,83€ per day! For this amount, a high-quality and modern incontinence care is difficult to represent. Nevertheless, we always find an optimal solution for our customers according to the contract.
